Use daily for 5 days for advanced whitening or as and when needed.
1. Open up the back of the provided LED light and remove the plastic section near the batteries.
2. Using warm water only, rinse out the mouth tray thoroughly.
3. Attach the mouth tray to the LED light.
4. Add approximately 0.5ml of teeth whitening gel to the top and bottom of the front surface of the mouth tray.
5. Insert the light and tray into your mouth, securing over your teeth.
6. Press the power button to activate the LED light and whiten teeth for a duration of 15 minutes.
7. Rinse the mouth tray and your mouth well after use. Avoid eating and drinking for 1 hour.
8. Store syringes and gel in a cold, dry place.
